President
Phillip Braunstein, Ph.D. is a native of Los Angeles, graduated from UCLA and then moved to Boston where he received his doctorate from Boston College. Phillip returned to Los Angeles in 2009 and started a real estate investment company, Eklipse Ventures International, LLC, which developed new construction modern-style condominiums in the Santa Monica area.
In 2011, he founded his own brokerage company, Eklipse Real Estate, Inc., for residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing, which included single-family homes, as well as several commercial properties throughout L.A. After that success, Phillip continued his development projects.
In 2012, he founded Colossal Properties, Inc., as a way to further enhance residential and commercial development. Focusing on design, construction, and investments, Colossal properties expanded into the single family luxury residential market in Los Angeles, and has been involved in the development of over 65,000 SF of luxury residential housing. Its mission is to develop single family and commercial projects that are inspired by attractive design, highest and best use principles, and appealing living and working spaces.

Clark Anthony Braunstein

General Counsel
Clark Anthony Braunstein has a wide range of experience representing individuals in complex business litigation, real estate litigation and employment litigation. Notably, Mr. Braunstein successfully obtained a judgment for over $18,000,000.00 in a real estate dispute in Los Angeles Superior Court. Mr. Braunstein is also well versed in labor and employment law and has represented employees in wage and hour class actions throughout the state. Mr. Braunstein has achieved a Class Action Settlement in the amount of $465,000.00 for employees in a California wage and hour class action.
In addition to his exceptional litigation expertise, Mr. Braunstein is skilled at resolving disputes through alternative means. Mr. Braunstein has mediated and arbitrated cases relating to contract and copyright law. Mr. Braunstein also handles transactional matters in an array of practice areas including entertainment, business formation and real estate development.
Mr. Braunstein received his J.D. from the Southwestern Law School, in Los Angeles. During law school, Mr. Braunstein served as an extern for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter, Jr., at the United States District Court, was the lead articles editor for the Southwestern Journal of International Law and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program.
